This project is a government procurement project of Sindh Province, Pakistan. The construction content of the project is to build an underground gas purification project in Islamkot V District, Tharparkar County, Sindh Province, Pakistan. The underground gas with an input volume of 20000m3/hour is subjected to dust removal, desulfurization and drying treatment, the output clean gas can meet the technical parameter requirements of Pakistan.
This project consists of three subsystems: underground gas dedusting and cooling system, desulfurization system and drying system. The dedusting and cooling system mainly includes one φ3500 washing tower, two electrostatic decoking device with 72 tubes and two indirect coolers with 800㎡heat exchange area. Desulfurization system equipment mainly includes a φ4000 desulfurization tower, a φ5400 spray regeneration tank, a φ4500 rich liquid tank, a φ4500 lean liquid tank, a φ2000 dosing tank and a φ900 sulfur melting kettle. The main equipment of the drying system includes 1 set of φ3500 capturer and 6 sets of freeze dryers with a processing capacity of 4000m3/h. Through the purification treatment of underground gas, the dust content of the produced clean gas is ≤2%, the sulfur content/m3 is ≤50㎎, the water content/m3 is ≤30g, and the gas temperature is reduced to 30℃.
The technology applied in this project is at the leading level in the same industry in China. It has low construction cost and later maintenance cost, no air pollution and water pollution, and has economic and technical rationality, and meets high standard environmental protection requirements. This project will be put into operation in the second half of 2015.
