Gasifier body structure: Whole body water jacket is adopted, and the by-produced steam can be used for gasifying. The top cover is casted with two kinds of refractory and heat insulation material.
Coal-loading equipment: Coal auto-loading machine with hydraulic drive is adopted, in which an Up-oller, Up-afle and Down-bell unit is used for pevfect airtight.
Ash removal equipment: Ratchet wheel and pallet with hydraulic control are used to remove ash from both sides of the gasifier.
