Warranty after-sales service refers to the basic maintenance service enjoyed by the end user from the date of purchasing Palladium products to the limit of each service commitment period in the standard service within the warranty period. Services include: hardware warranty, software upgrade and remote technical support. The specific warranty standard terms of service shall be subject to the actual contract content.
